The sons of Britain’s most storied grudge are running it back as The Ring confirmed that Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn will meet for a second time at a yet-to-be-named London venue under a Riyadh Season banner. Their April encounter at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium drew roughly 65,000 and ended in controversy, with Eubank, 35, edging a unanimous decision after twelve crowd-pleasing rounds.

Weight remains the key variable. Eubank’s painful squeeze to 160 lbs last time all but guarantees a higher limit, despite Benn’s career spent at welterweight. Both camps have kept silent on the exact figure, though Tottenham’s ground and Wembley Stadium are circulating as possible sites.

The first fight revived echoes of the fathers’ 1990s wars - Chris Snr. and Nigel - yet opinions split over the judges’ cards. Benn quickly exercised the contracted rematch clause, posting, “Experience gained, lessons learned, let’s f%$&ing have it.”

Catterall will meet Ekow Essuman in the co-main event, as both men enter on the back of victories and know that a win under the lights in north London could fast-track them toward a major shot in 2026.

Undefeated 23-year-old Adam Azim will also return to action in a super lightweight bout, originally scheduled against Zaur Abdullaev before the Russian’s recent withdrawal. Azim, who signed a new promotional deal with Boxxer earlier this year, is one of Britain’s brightest prospects and is targeting a world-title push within the next 12 months.

Elsewhere, Richard Riakporhe, now campaigning at heavyweight, faces unbeaten domestic rival Tommy Welch in a test that could determine his potential as a late-blooming contender. At 35, Riakporhe has little time to waste, and a convincing performance could signal his arrival in the division.

The undercard also includes a British and Commonwealth light-middleweight title showdown between Sam Gilley and Ishmael Davis, alongside rising super flyweight prospect Mikie Tallon, who meets Fezan Shahid.
